Developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the Hub includes interactive and static elements such as flip cards, accordions, pop-ups, text reveals, quote blocks, and call-to-action banners — all generated through a user-friendly interface that outputs ready-to-use Moodle code.
This solution standardised design practices across courses, improved accessibility, and significantly reduced build time for new units. By bridging design and functionality, the UX Hub empowers educators to focus on teaching while ensuring a high-quality, student-friendly experience.
PowerPoint to AI Video Assistant
The PowerPoint to AI Video Assistant is a custom-built solution that automates the creation of narrated educational videos from presentation slides. Using APIs from OpenAI and ElevenLabs, the tool analyses slide content, generates scripts, produces voiceovers, and assembles ready-to-use multimedia videos — all in a fraction of the time it once took manually.
Originally developed to streamline the production of over 100 training videos, this tool has transformed a complex workflow into an efficient, scalable process. It demonstrates how thoughtful integration of AI can enhance creativity, save time, and deliver professional, engaging learning resources at scale.
